My body aches are persisting, but maybe it's from something else. I started a pilates class and now my hips are bothering me all the time. Saw my primary care doc and he said it's bursitis and suggested I get a cortizone shot, which I declined. I'm going to tough it out.
Does anyone have suggestions on how to minimize heartburn? I have it most of the time, even on my off days on the meds. I am already taking omeprozole every day, and Activia. Thanks, emjay
